So it seems that I have yet to tire of pumpkin flavored treats. While my taste buds are a-singin, my waist line is a-screamin. Luckily, I've been good about moderation. My latest pumpkin adventure comes after having left-over puree from last weeks pumpkin pie.
Margaux told me about this recipe the day of our playdate and it completely left my mind. That is until another friend of mine emailed me another recipe for these delicious cookies. Since I was currently out of creamed cheese that was required in that recipe, I chose to go to Joy the Baker's recipe.
I followed the recipe exactly and am very pleased. So are my little tasters out there! These will definitely be staying in the recipe binder for a very long time.
