Well not really. It just so happens that whenever I think of the name of this pattern, this phrase pops into my head. What pattern is this do you ask?
Pattern: Damson by Ysolda Teague
Yarn: Koigu KPPPM, 3 hanks
Needles: Addi US#6

The idea to knit this up started as it usually does with me, I fell in love with a koigu colorway. I'd been staring at this beautiful yarn since it came into the shop and always had it in the back of my head. Then one day, while looking from Whimsical Little Knits 2, the lightbulb went off and a new project was born.
The pattern is very well written and easy to follow. I knit this up in no time during any spare second that I had. The only complaint that I have is the scalloped edging. While many people would love the "fake crochet" scalloped edging, I am someone who actually began as a crochetter. Because of this, I found it a bit combersome, but alas, after an hour or two of complaining it was complete.
I absolutely love the way it turned out. The yarn/pattern combo turned out even better than I expected it.
Special thanks to Jason and Jeff for blocking it and Margaux for snapping the pictures.
