Shawl-athon 2011: Part One

So you know when you get into those moods where all you knit is one kind of item? Well so do I. Right now, the must knit items are shawls. I won't be posting them in finished order because we are also in the process of carrying out the great block-athon of 2011.

Stripe Study 2

Pattern: Stripe Study by Veera Valimaki
Yarn: MadelineTosh tosh sock fragrant and calligraphy, 1 skein each color
Needles: Addi Clicks US#6

Stripe Study 1

This was a very easy pattern to follow. I only knit up eleven stripes so as to not need a second skein of the pink color. I love, love, love this shawl and can't wait for it to be cool again so I can wear it.
